San Miguel Ranch

San Miguel Ranch extends through 2,595 acres of land located south and east of the Sweetwater Reservoir, from Bonita to South of Proctor Valley Road. This is a newer part of East Chula Vista, featuring a range of upscale townhouses in gated communities, to large mansions with every imaginable comfort.

It is located just off the 125 South-Bay Expressway (a 10-mile express toll road that runs from SR 54 in Spring Valley to Otay Mesa Road/SR 905 near the Otay Mesa Border Crossing, and which offers an electronic toll collection option called FasTrak, which saves frequent users tons of money!)

Shops at San Miguel Ranch

Sit at the terrace to enjoy the spectacular sunset view while munching on one of the delicious food offerings of this mall, and the kids play on the grassy area. Starbucks coffee, Los Primos Mexican food and the upscale Pizzo´s (arguably the best Italian-style pizza in San Diego!), are a few of the staples of this mall. Here you will also find a variety of fitness studios.

Eastlake Design District: Furniture stores, upscale private gyms and swimming school, Eastlake Tavern & Bowl and Kid Ventures toddler entertainment center and cafe, a favorite of local moms!

Eastlake Village Walk:

A quaint village-style mall with grocery stores such as Sprouts and Trader Joe´s; a Rite-Aid Pharmacy (under construction), Pet Smart, restaurants, tutoring services and more. Eastlake Village organizes activities for the community to enjoy such as “Snow Days” in Christmas, Halloween Treat or Treat, Classic Auto Exhibitions and more.

Eastlake Village Marketplace:

Everything you need in one place. Major stores such as Target and Lowe´s, Kohls department store, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, a variety of banks, a wide range of eateries, from fast-food to casual family restaurants, spa-salons, and more.

Otay Ranch Town Center:

Drive 5 minutes from Rolling Hills, and you´ll find this fantastic outdoors upscale shopping center. Meant to resemble the streets of a fine shopping district, it features large stores such as Macy´s and Best Buy, and national retail stores such as Hollister, Sephora, Ulta, and more. Otay Ranch is also home to an AMC movie theater, and national chain restaurants such as Chili´s, P.F. Chang´s, California Pizza Kitchen, and more. This favorite East Chula Vista mall is the place to hang-out on a Sunday, grab a bite, stroll around, catch a movie and shop. Oh! And did we mention the fountain playground and the dog-park?
